THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 18617 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development.

The present Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 5 in stopping the illegal construction work being carried on by respondent No.6 in plot No.46 of Dynamic Colony, situated in Survey No.49 and 50 of Meerpet Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, inspite of the complainted dated 08.01.2016, 28.03.2016 and 11.05.2016 lodged by the petitioner as illegal and unjust arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice, malafide and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct respondent Nos.

1 to 5 to stop the illegal construction work in the said plot and further direct respondent Nos.1 to 5 to demolish the illegal construction made in the said plot by respondent No.6 and pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.' Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 11.05.2016. Without going into merits of the case, respondent Nos.1 to 5 shall consider the representation dated 11.05.

orders forthwith, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
