Heard P.V.A.Padmanabham holding for Mr.G.V.S.Kishore Kumar for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
The petitioners complain against the threatened dispossession of petitioners from an extent of Ac.1.00 each in Survey No.247 of Kusulawada Village, Anandapuram Mandal, Visakhapatnam as illegal and unconstitutional.
The learned counsel for petitioners taking note of the written instructions placed on record by 3rd respondent and also that A-1 notice was published calling for objections on the alienation proposals pending with the Government, seeks liberty to raise objections before the Tahsildar. The request is not opposed by the Assistant Government Pleader.
The writ petition is disposed of by this order: The petitioners are given liberty to file objections within two weeks from today to the alienation proposals by enclosing a copy of this order. The Tahsildar/ Collector considers the objections and takes a decision in accordance with law.
No order as to costs.
