HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI C.C. No. 1224 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in complying with the order dated 22.01.2018 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 42633 of 2017 whereby the respondents are directed to comply with the order dated 21.04.2015 in O.A.No. 2005 of 2015 passed by the Tribunal.

The learned Government Pleader for Services (A.P.) appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that vide Memo No.12763/ E.II/ 2017, dated 08.08.2018 issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, the order dated 21.04.2015 in O.A.No. 2005 of 2015 passed by the Tribunal has been complied with in letter and spirit. A copy of the Memo dated 08.08.2018 is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner who has not disputed the same.

Inasmuch as the direction given by this Court in the order dated 22.01.2018 in W.P.No. 42633 of 2017 has been complied with, we hereby discharge the respondents from contempt proceedings.

SKK,J & AKS,J CC_1224_2018 Hence, the Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are required to be passed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
