When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was selected, but posting orders were not given to him and in those circumstances, the present writ petition is filed. He further submitted that on 2.1.2003, while admitting the writ petition, this Court issued an interim direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders, and in view of the interim direction, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
