HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11281 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 1 and 2 in not implementing the orders issued by the officer on Special Duty, A.P. State Commission for SCs and STs, Hyderabad in Rc.No.S2/1453/YSR KDP-G/SC/2013 dated 13.03.2013 and in Rc.No.S2/1453/YSR KDP-G/SC/2013 dated 18.03.2013 similarly the orders issued by the Secretary tot he Commission of A.P. Women's Commission, Hyderabad in petition No.154/2013, dated 15.03.2013 is illegal, unjust and dereliction of duties and capricious harass the petitioners by calling police station and not to interfere with the civil matters." During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader placed on record the written instructions dated 07.06.2013 issued by the Station House Officer, Muddanuru Police Station, Kadapa District. The same are placed on record.

In the said instructions, it is specifically stated that the Station House Officer, Muddanuru Police Station, Kadapa District, never harassed, threatened and interfered with the life and liberty of the petitioners by calling them to the police station at any point of time, as alleged by them.

Taking into consideration the said statement, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
