ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to Cr.No.42 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, Adoni, Kurnool District. A reading of the complaint discloses prima facie case for registration of the crime. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with registration of crime as investigation is in progress.

In view of the same, the writ petition is closed. However, the respondent-police are directed to follow due process of law including compliance under the provisions of Section 41 of the Criminal Procedure Code. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
