JUDGMENT:

This second appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dt.29.10.2014 in A.S. No.291 of 2010, on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Guntur.

On 26.6.2015 the case was adjourned on the request of the learned counsel representing the counsel on record that the latter was not well. Today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the appellant is not interested in pursing her case in the second appeal.
