THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI Criminal Petition No.1697 of 2013 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that D.V.C.No.279 of 2012 on the file of III Special Metropolitan Magistrate, City Criminal Courts, Erramanizl, Hyderabad, was dismissed for non-prosecution and in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
