The writ petition was dismissed for default against V.Surayanarayana/2nd respondent. The petitioner challenges the order in I.A. No.181 of 2005 dated 15.02.2006 in I.D. No.96 of 1996. Through the order impugned in the writ petition the prayer of 2nd respondent to condone the delay was accepted. Since the writ petition is dismissed for default against 2nd respondent, the writ petition is dismissed.
