Sri K.A. Narasimham, learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the son of the petitioner - Yagnam Chandrasekhar has been arrested in connection with Crime No.31 of 2016 by Gajulamandyam Police Station and presently he is in judicial custody.

In view of the statement made by learned Government Pleader, Sri M.S.P. Kamaraju, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Miscellaneous petition, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
