ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue and perused the record.

Petitioner claims to be owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.5-25 guntas in Sy.No.53 of Jilleda village, Jekkepalli R/M Vemanpally, Mancherial district having purchased the same under registered sale deed bearing Doc.No.3506/2017 dated 25.4.2017. According to petitioner, after purchase, she made application through Meeseva, requesting to mutate her name in the revenue records and to issue pattadar passbooks and title deed. Alleging inaction on the said request, the present writ petition is filed.

Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader produced photo copy of proceedings issued by 5th respondent-Tahsildar in Letter No.B/54/2019 dated 10.6.2019, informing the petitioner that her request for mutation on the above extent of land cannot be granted for the reasons assigned therein. 4.

Since decision is already made, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to work out her remedies as available under law, if so advised, against the decision of the Tahsildar dated 10.6.2019. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
