Advocate for petitioners submitted that as the defendants specifically denied the allegations and contended that they are no way concerned with the plaint schedule properties and never tried to encroach upon the plaint schedule properties, there is nothing in the revision and the revision petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the revision petition.

4. Considering the same, petitioners are permitted to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision, shall stand dismissed.
