THE HON'BLE MR JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Civil Revision Petition No.2107 of 2015 AND Civil Revision PetitionNo.2307 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

These civil revision petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order passed in I.A.No.132 of 2015 in O.S.No.17of 2015 dated 04.05.2015 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, at Alamuru, East Godavari District.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Since the 2nd respondent claimed title to the property basing on certain documents, I do not find any error of jurisdiction committed by the learned trail Court in impleading the second respondent as party to the suit.

Hence, both the revision petitions are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in these revisions shall stand closed. _________________ Date:11.09.2015. R. KANTHA RAO, J Ccm THE HON'BLE MR JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO
