ORDER :
Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, on the petition filed under Section 87 of Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fasli for correction of entries in survey records in respect of Survey No.134, admeasuring Ac.15.05 guntas of Mailardevpally village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, the Joint Collector recommended vide his letter dated 08.01.2012. The Commissioner (Appeals) vide order dated 8.8.2012 rejected the said decision holding that recommendation of the Joint Collector for correction of area in respect of Sy.Nos.132 and 134 is in violation of circular instructions of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration. Aggrieved thereby, petitioner claims to have preferred revision before the Principal Secretary (Revenue) to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in the year 2013 and the same is pending consideration of revisional authority. Alleging inaction in considering the revision and passing orders, this writ petition is filed.

Having regard to the submissions made, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of, directing the revisional authority to dispose of the revision, after affording due opportunity to all the parties, if the same is already received by him and is pending consideration. It is also made clear that claims of unofficial respondents are preserved and are entitled to raise all pleas as available in law. Decision shall be taken within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
