THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.1012 OF 2000 JUDGMENT:

This Second Appeal is filed by the defendants, under Section 100 of C.P.C., assailing the judgment and decree dated 14.11.2000 passed in A.S.No.79 of 2000 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle, wherein and whereby the judgment and decree dated 12.08.1996 passed in O.S.No.19 of 1989 on the file of the Court of the District Munsif, Thamballapalle, decreeing the suit by directing the defendants to execute a regular sale deed, was confirmed.

At the time of arguments, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the sole respondent died.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the sole respondent died long back.

Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that there are no instructions from the appellants since long time. It seems that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the appeal.
