THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 18660 OF 2019 O R D E R:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri A. Madhava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 4 and 5 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

It is conceded by all the learned counsel that the matter is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 13.11.2015 in Writ Petition No. 24590 of 2015 and this Writ Petition can also be disposed of in terms thereof.

In view of the above-said submission, for the reasons recorded, in detail, in the order dated 13.11.2015 in Writ Petition No. 24590 of 2015, this Writ Petition is also allowed and it is declared that the 5th respondent is not entitled to withhold the mortgage deeds / bonds of the petitioners' properties after the loans availed by them have been waived by the 1st respondent. Consequently, the 5th respondent is directed to release the mortgage deeds / bonds to the petitioners by issuing clearance certificate to the 7th respondent within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
