THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. BHASKAR REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 302 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of interim orders granted by this Court on 20.09.2016 in W.P.No.27091 of 2016, which was subsequently extended till 15.02.2017. 2.

After receipt of the notice, the respondents have filed counter affidavit stating that in compliance of the orders of status-quo, they have not laid any road and they are strictly maintaining the status-quo order on the subject property. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has not placed any extension of the status-quo orders after 16.02.2017, except pendency of the writ petition. In view of the status-quo orders up to 16.02.2017 which was not extended subsequently, this Court is of the prima-facie view that, whether the respondents laid the road during the pendency of the statusquo orders or they violated the status-quo orders, it can be considered at the time of disposal of the main writ petition. 4.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner, if any cause survives, to file fresh application seeking revival of the contempt case in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
