This Criminal Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.101 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Parchur.

Today, at the hearing, Mr.Shravan Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr.Naga Praveen Vankayalapati, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that the cause in the criminal petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel representing the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the criminal petition, Crl.P.M.P.No.6730 of 2011 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
