Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing upon the information available under e-Courts portal submitted that during the pendency of this application, the parties have settled the matter in C.C.No.53 of 2017, and by virtue of the settlement, C.C.No.53 of 2017 was disposed of.

In view of the above said submission, the cause in the present application does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
