This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 27.07.2010 passed in Criminal Revision Petition No.17 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Sessions Judge, Karimnagar at Jagtial.

The learned counsel for both parties are present. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
