This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 27.08.2015 passed in I.A.No.1057 of 2015 in A.S.No.166 of 2015 on the file of the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the first appellate Court disposed of A.S.No.166 of 2015 on 09.08.2017. In view of the disposal of main appeal, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
