THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION Nos.16211, 16212, 16213, 16221, 16231, 16244 & 16521 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

When these matters are taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue in the present Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the order, dated 23.04.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.10948 of 2018. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:

"For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to release the commodities in favour of the petitioner herein for distribution of the same to the card holders as per law. However, it is open for the respondent authorities to proceed strictly in accordance with law while initiating the action, as mentioned supra, under Clause 5 (15) of the Control Order. This order is subject to the final order to be passed by the respondent authorities as indicated above. There shall be no order as to costs. Following the above said order, and for the reasons recorded therein, these Writ Petitions are also disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 23.04.2018, in W.P.No.10948 of 2018 to this order.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions in these Writ Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
