THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.C.C.A.No.148 OF 2000 JUDGMENT:

Way-back in the year 2011, when none appeared for the appellants, the present appeal was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Again on 19.08.2016, when this appeal came up for hearing, there was no representation for the appellants and by making an elaborate observation, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Today also, there is no representation for the appellants, who are the officials holding various positions in APSEB.

3. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
