THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.8252 OF 2003 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to pay the provident fund amount of the petitioner amounting to Rs.53,625/ - for the period from 3/ 93 to 8/ 2001. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that the new Management of the 1st respondent school has paid the amount for which the petitioner is entitled and that they are ready to disburse the same in favour of the petitioner in accordance with the Rules and provisions of law. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

The respondents are directed to pay the admitted amount by the new management of the 1st respondent School to the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
