HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31506 OF 2012 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not conducting Medical Examination, though petitioner was selected as 'Sramik' in the interview held on 31.01.2011 and further ordered Medical Examination by the 2nd respondent through his Lr.No.P1/684(2)/2010/RM'A, dated 18.02.2011, which is illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to conduct medical examination to the petitioner as he was selected to the post of 'Sramik'.

This Court on 16.10.2012, while admitting the writ petition granted interim direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's case for sending him for medical examination for appointment to the post of 'Sramik' in accordance with the Rules within three weeks. In pursuance of the aforesaid interim order, no counter affidavit is filed.

Since, the relief sought in the writ petition is worked out by virtue of interim order dated 16.10.2012, no further orders are required and the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 16.10.2012, passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.40195 of 2012. Still, if the petitioner has any

grievance, it is open for him to take appropriate remedy. No order as to costs.
