No further orders are needed to be passed, except reiterating the order passed on 24.12.2014, in view of the fact that the writ petitioner in pursuance thereto, is being continued in service and is due for retirement from service on 31.05.2015 on attaining the age of superannuation.

Writ petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications pending shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
