HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 2035 of 2013 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the notification dated 07.01.2013 appointing the third respondent as Dean in the University of Hyderabad ignoring the seniority of the petitioner. This Court, by an order dated 28.01.2013, granted interim suspension and the said order has been in operation till today. However, when another order was passed appointing the respondents 3 to 5, the petitioner filed WP No.15877 of 2014. In the said Writ Petition the third respondent in the present Writ Petition is also arrayed as third respondent.

2. In view of the subsequent developments nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
