Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Kesava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Petitioner's grievance is that a generator erected by respondent Nos.5 and 6 who are his neighbours is causing nuisance to him and that the said action of respondent Nos.5 and 6 is also contrary to G.O.Ms.No.168 dt.07-04-2012. Petitioner has given a representation dt.05-07-2016 to the 3rd respondent complaining of the keeping of the generator by respondent Nos.5 and 6. Petitioner asserts that no action is being taken by 3rd respondent on the said representation.

Sri P.Kesava Rao, learned Standing Counsel, states that 3rd respondent will consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
