HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.494 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.104 of 2013 from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to the Family Court, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous and no further orders need be passed in this petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
