The learned counsel for the petitioners having regard to the nature of prayer and also the other remedies available within the four corners, requests the court to permit him to apply for survey and upon the determination of actual extent in possession of survey No. 87, to work out the remedies available in law by granting the opportunity as prayed for without expressing any view on the merits pleaded by the petitioners.
