The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal in CMA No.20 of 2016.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
It is stated in the affidavit that respondents Nos.2 to 7 trespassed into the house site of the petitioner and on knowing the same, the petitioner filed a case in LTR No.1 of 2013 before the Revenue Divisional Officer seeking eviction of respondents Nos.2 to 7 and the said LTR was disposed of and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed CMA.No.20 of 2016 before the 1st respondent and the said case is being adjourned repeatedly. Therefore, the petitioner prays to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the above CMA.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:
"The 1st respondent is directed to dispose of CMA No.20 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
