THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOS.16186 AND 16260 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER Petitioner in both the writ petitions is common. Aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent - District Collector (Agent to Government), Adilabad District, Adilabad in disposing of the appeals filed by the petitioner against the proceedings of the 3rd respondent - Special Deputy Collector (Tribal Welfare), Utnoor, Adilabad District in proceedings Nos.TW A2/602/96 and TW A2/603/96 dated 18.04.2013 and TWA2/599/1996, TWA2/600/1996 and TWA2/601/1996 respectively, the present writ petitions have been filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner in both the writ petitions and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Tribal Welfare. Since the appeal is pending before the 2nd respondent, the said authority is directed to dispose of the appeals filed by the petitioner against the orders passed by the 3rd respondent noted above, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Till then, the common interim order granted by this court on 01.05.2018, shall remain in force.
