HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT Petition No.4249 of 2003 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Certiorari to quash the order dated 20.11.2002 in O.A.No.6947 of 1995 on the file of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal). At the hearing, Mr. Mukram Khan, learned counsel representing Mr. P.V.S.S.S. Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the dispute pertains to inter se seniority between the petitioner and Respondent No.1 and the petitioner having retired from service, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP MP No.5585 of 2003 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
