WRIT PETITION No.13735 of 2015 ORDER :
After hearing some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that representation alleged to have submitted to the District Collector, but there is no proof of representation made to the District Collector. The representation filed along with writ petition does not contain the date and proof of it being acknowledged by the District Collector. If such representation is received by the District Collector, the District Collector shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If no such representation is received in the office of the District Collector, an intimation to that extent be furnished to the petitioner.
