The grievance of the petitioner - Senior Assistant in the Office of Revenue Divisional Officer, Manthani, Peddapalli District is that his case for promotion to the post of Naib Tahsildar has not been considered though the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him were dropped, vide proceedings No. CCLA's REF.No. VSII(2)/192/2017, dated 24.03.2021 of the 2nd respondent - Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, T.S., Hyderabad and in spite of availability of four vacancies of Naib Tahsildar in Vemulawada, Rajanna - Sircilla District and in Korutla, Jagityal District. He claims to have submitted the representations dated 27.03.2021 and 06.08.2021 to the 3rd respondent District Collector.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services - II submits that though disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner were dropped, he was warned to be careful in future. In view of the same and in the facts and circumstances of the case, it is deemed appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner. The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of directing the 3rd respondent - District Collector, Karimnagar to consider and dispose of the representations dated 27.03.2021 and 06.08.2021 submitted by the petitioner and pass necessary orders thereon within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order,

duly taking into consideration the proceedings, dated 24.03.2021 by which the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner were dropped. No costs.

Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall automatically, stand dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his clients instructed him not to press the contempt case. Recording the above submission, the contempt case is closed as not pressed.
