HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.16404 OF 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby to direct the respondents to consider his case for Inter-State deputation in accordance with Circular Memo bearing No.9940/SPF-MC/2015-2 Government of Andhra Pradesh and Government of Telangana, General Administration (S.P.F. & M.C.) Department dated 6th October 2017 and order for deputing the services of the petitioner to the New Science College, Ameerpet, Hyderabad-5th respondent herein or to any other college in Hyderabad with all consequential benefits of salary, pension and continuity of service.

2. After hearing brief arguments of the learned counsel for the parties, we are of the considered opinion that, interest of justice would be met, if we direct the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 17.10.2017 made by the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, we hereby direct the respondents to decide the aforesaid representation made by the petitioner within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing within one week thereafter.

4. In view of the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
