THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7773 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.1, under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in P.R.C.No.20 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Huzurnagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a similar type of petition at appropriate stage in view of pendency of DNA test. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
