HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 9602 of 2017 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not investigating and not arresting respondent Nos.5 to 7 in Crime No.495 of 2015, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India.

2) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) on instructions, submits that entire investigation is over and the police would file the final report within two weeks.

3) Recording the submission made by the Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is disposed of directing the police to file a final report within three (03) weeks from today. There shall be no order as to costs.

4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
