HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18684 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents in interfering in civil dispute pending between the petitioner and Nagarjuna Sagar Project authorities in O.S.No.101 of 2019 on the file of Junior Civil Judge's Court, Nidamanoor, Nalgonda District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions and relevant paras of the same reads as under:

" It is submitted that the allegations made by the petitioner that the respondent No.3 &4 are interfering in the civil disputes and directing him to vacate the society quarter is false and denied herewith, as the respondent No.3 & 4 never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner not directed him to vacate the society quarter. It is submitted that the respondent police are not concerned with the issue of vacating the petitioner's society quarters, further there is no complaint given by any individual against the petitioner in Hills Colony Nagarjunasagar police station."

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with the civil dispute, which is the subject matter of O.S.No.101 of 2019, unless any Court grants police protection. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
