THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12811 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner's complaint is that the revision filed by her before the 2nd respondent on 06.05.2015 challenging the order dt.07.03.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 2nd respondent will decide the said revision within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the revision filed by the petitioner on 06.05.2015 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
