This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a writ, or order or orders or direction one in the nature of writ of "WRIT OF MANDAMUS" declaring that the inaction of the respondents on the representation of society dated.31-12-2011 is illegal, arbitrary, and violation of the status-quo orders of the Hon'ble High Court in WP.No.2892/1983 and depriving petitioner rights over the above said land being member of the society and issue a specific direction to the respondents to stop, remove, demolish, the illegal constructions and also a specific directions to GHMC not to regularize by BRS and LRS to the illegal constructions in the Sy.No.44,47,51,52 and 59 situated at Saidabad village, Hyderabad and to direct the society to allot 300 sq.yards to petitioner in the said land forthwith."

At the hearing, Mr.P.Vara Prasad Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.3449 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________
