ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent and his subordinates in threatening to arrest the petitioner though he was not involved in Cr.No.2 of 2014. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that on 31.07.2015 notice under Section 41-A of Criminal Procedure Code was served on the petitioner-accused No.9 and thereafter, he was not asked to be present. The other contentions with regard to threat and arrest of the petitioner are denied.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
