HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.20782 OF 2012 ORDER:

Mr.T.C.Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner requests Court to permit the petitioner to file a detailed representation together with evidence in support of allegations made in the representation to 3rd and 4th respondents and they may be directed to consider and dispose of the same expeditiously. By placing on record the above statement, he seeks withdrawal of the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty as prayed for. As and when a representation is filed together with proof before the 3rd and 4th respondents, it is needless to observe that they are under legal obligation to protect water bodies and channels and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________ S.V.BHATT, J Date:29.02.2016 Stp
