No representation for the petitioner-accused No.8. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on committal, the Sessions Division, Mahaboobnagar District, has assigned S.C.No.261 of 2016 and pending on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Mahaboobnagar, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
