HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33745 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he was assigned land to an extent of Ac.3-20 guntas in Sy.No.998 at Aleru Village, Nalgonda District in the year 1992 and accordingly, patta was granted to him on 02-02-1999. The petitioner was handed over possession. As the wife of petitioner is suffering from ill-health, he wanted to dispose of the subject land and made an application on 12-11-2012 for issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC). After verification, letter dated 18-12-2013 was issued by the 4th respondent recommending the case of the petitioner for grant of 'NOC' in terms of G.O.Ms.No.307, dated 06-06-2013. Thereafter, no action has been taken. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since the case of the petitioner is already processed by letter dated 18-12-2013 in Lr.No.B/4501/13, it is for the authorities to consider the same and pass orders. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to disposed of the application of the petitioner dated 12-11-2012 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.307, dated 06-06-2013 and take action accordingly. The said exercise shall be done within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 13-10-2016 nvl
