Sri J.U.M.V. Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw writ petition itself and consequently, the instant appeal.
Writ petition came to be dismissed vide order dated 13.04.2015. Writ petition was mainly directed against respondent No.2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 has no objection for allowing the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition and appeal are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Consequence thereof, the order passed in writ petition renders ineffective.
