THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.16246 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue, in the present Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the order of this Court, dated 23.04.2018, in W.P.No.13641 of 2018. A copy of the said order is placed on record. Operative portion of the said order reads as under:
"Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents herein to supply stocks to the petitioner herein for distribution of the same to the card holders till the final action is taken pursuant to the selection process undertaken for filling up the authorization on permanent basis. It is also made clear that respondent-authorities will not be precluded from taking any action in the event of there being any irregularities on the part of the petitioner herein". Following the above said order, and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to supply stocks to the petitioner herein for distribution of the same to the card holders till the final action is taken pursuant to the selection process undertaken for filling up the authorization on permanent basis. It is also made clear that respondent-authorities will not be precluded from taking any action in the event of there being any irregularities on the
part of the petitioner herein. There shall be no order as to costs.
Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 23.04.2018, in W.P.No.13641 of 2018 to this order.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
