HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.157 of 2015 ORDER:

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed against the order dated 6.11.2014 in Transfer O.P. No.198 of 2014 on the file of I-Additional District Judge, Chittoor. The said order indicates that the petitioner was not permitted to cross-examine the witness at length attributing bias to the then Presiding Officer. The said Transfer O.P. was dismissed.

Since the allegation made to substantiate the request relates to the year 2014, which is a complaint, and the Presiding Officer will not be presiding over the Court now, there is no need to grant relief in the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Hence, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
