THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3685 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 04.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.687 of 2015 in O.S.No.13 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the XI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tenali. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 26.04.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court dismissed the above suit for non-prosecution. In view of the dismissal of the main suit, no further orders are necessary in this revision.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, closure of this revision petition does not preclude the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
