THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY CONTEM PT CASE No.1104 of 202L ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 22.06.202t passed by this Court in W.P.No.11355 of 2021. The respondent No.2 has filed a counter-affidavit stating that in compliance of the order of this Court, the ansrwering respondent has issued notice to the petitioner requesting him to furnish the required documents. But, the petitioner neither furnished the required documents nor submitted any reply. Therefore, the answering respondent has passed a detailed order vide Rc.No.72l55/202t-22 dated 23.07.2021 dismissing the representation of the petitioner and the said order was also communication to the petitioner by registered post. - Having regard to the above, this Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioners to challenge the order datd 23.07.2021 before appropriate forum, if he is so aggrieved.
Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
